SIZING IS ACCURATE SO DONT ORDER A LARGER SIZE,
On looking at it, I thought its never going to fit, I am a 12-14 so ordered a medium and after a little tugging and pulling I got it on. You do need to remember it does need to be a fairly tight fit in order to train the waist. I found it so much easier to put on if I was lying down on my bed. The material is great and strong, it does have a stretch, so will move with you and not restrict you too much. It is boned so does not curl up your waist. It just stays put. The plus with the waist trainer and this is my first is that I tend to sit straight and it also helps with your posture, no more slouching around and then complaining about back ache. I have to be fair and say I have just started wearing this and to be honest I really don’t want to take it off as my stomach looks so much flatter.
Yes Yes Yes I would recommend this waist trainer for comfort and making you feel slimmmer straight away. Wearing under your clothes doesn’t seam to be a problem either, so no more excuses lets train this waist.

|Great waist trainer,
At first glance it looks very small compared to other waist trainers I’ve use but it fits perfectly and so comfortable to wear.
When You put the waist trainer on I would advise when doing it up, start front top and work your way down, it’s a lot easier then from bottom to top. It’s made of a sort of soft stretchy material which isn’t uncomfortable to wear , also it has little slits all over to help it be breathable and not make you all sweaty unlike other trainers I’ve used in the past, the only problem is they do leave little marks in skin as I found out on first time using it but that’s to be expected and your skin goes back to normal after a while.
I have already seen a difference on my waistband stomach its definitely helped make it flatter and smaller.
There’s Different sizes available and there’s a size chart in inches to help pick which ones best for you which is very accurate.
Overall it’s a great waist trainer and I love it, I wear it everyday and you can’t even see I’m wearing it under my clothes. I 100% recommend getting this waist trainer it’s perfect.
