A Beautiful Victorian Inspired Skirt. A truly elegant style for Steampunk Festivals, garden parties, Gothic Croquet matches or any other luscious event.
Includes: Over skirt with attached petticoat and elastic waist hoop skirt. The over skirt has a firm waistband (not elasticated) with a zip and button fastening.
The Over skirt is made from black pinstripe suiting fabric of a medium weight. Petticoat is black satin with a pinstripe pleated frill. Hoop skirt is made in black suiting.
Made to your measurements. I just need your waist measurement and the length for the skirt.
Waist: should be measured at the true waist (narrowest part of your torso where you naturally bend usually an inch or two above your belly button).
Skirt length: measured from the true waist down to the desired length for the front of the skirt. I suggest to the top of the foot but if you plan to wear very tall shoes, you should measure with those on.
