This little hat is just too adorable and will fit in the palm of your hand! It would be a great addition to any outfit to add a bit of whimsy and fun. It is made from a beautiful ivory cream fabric, trimmed in cream conso gimp braid and fully lined. It features an ivory satin ribbon band with sculptural accents, ornate clock hands, a cream resin rose, and off-white feathers.

Size: This is one of our small sized mini top hats. The wee top hat itself measures about 3 inches tall, and the brim is 4 inches wide. The embellishments may extend further off the hat. Check out the last picture to see the size on a person.
How It's Worn: Each hat has an attached elastic band that is worn behind the head and under your hair (It will fit most teens and adults). The elastic band can easily be hidden in your hair, and we feel it is the most comfortable and secure option. This hat has a black band.
Our hats are handmade and created 100% from scratch from the pattern up, with the finest fabrics and embellishments, and we often upcycle items that we find delightful. Since they are all handmade, no two will be exactly alike.
All hats are ready to ship and are made in a smoke free home.
