Need a gift for that special Steampunk in your life? This steamy bracelet is sure to please. It featuring 3/4" (nickle-size) skeletonized movements from old mechanical wrist watches, each set with an 8mm rose cut peridot green rhinestone cabochon where the mainspring used to be. The combination of the silvery metal with the green rhinestones sparkles quite nicely. They are bolted – with tiny stainless steel nuts & bolts – to links I fashioned from raw brass strip and oxidized brass four-prong 'turtle' settings, connected by brass rings. It is very sturdy.
It closes with a silver plated brass foldover clasp, making it easy to put on by yourself.
It's a lovely bracelet that looks great from all angles as it naturally rotates around your wrist while wearing.
It measures 7 inches long, and is a close fit for a 7 inch wrist, as shown in photo #4. If you prefer a roomier fit, leave a note during checkout and I will add another ring at the end for a bit more ease.
