I absolutely adore this totally unique coat, which is a combination of everything I love in fabric and design; including the vibrant green velvet bodice and coordinated skirt fabrics, the empire waist and long skirt, the elegant and dramatic line of the coat, and the medieval-style lacing in the back.
This beautiful and one of a kind coat was dreamed up and put together using custom-made patterns and many hours of love and detail work. I call it the Pixie Pirate coat, because it reminds me of a pirate coat, but one that an elf might wear. It is whimsical and elegant all at once.
Custom details include the lacing in the back, cotton floral lining, uniquely designed skirt and cuffs, and embossed metal buttons.
This special coat would fit in well at a Fantasy Fair or for a cosplay event, for Burning Man or a Pirate festival, or even possibly a Steampunk or Neo-Victorian gathering. It is small and fitted, for a more petite person.
