Creating a tango/ flamenco style this skirt looks great worn on its own OR as shown in images worn as a petticoat under the knee length skirt ( the marvel skirt )
Elastic Inseam
Ribbons on both sides of the skirt
Made in a black vegan cotton lycra fabric as the body of the skirt. The added petticoat panels is in a dark olive textured taffeta fabric.
