Gorgeous Mini Top Hat
THE ORIGINAL, 1ST OF IT'S KIND!
You are looking at a mini top hat, created by me.
No two hats are alike. I take pride in making my hats and put a lot of love and effort into them.
I use the finest ribbon, usually high quality satin ribbon and an embellished sequins ribbon. I then add beautiful feathers, either ostrich, marabou or rooster feathers of different sizes and colors. The hat is made of a strong and durable felt material.
The hat attaches to the head with an elastic headband that can be hidden under the hair so that it looks like it is simply floating on your head. I use an elastic headband because I prefer them over ribbon, which can be visible under the hair and can slip off the head easily. The headband ensures a secure fit and will keep the hat from moving side to side.
