Abalone cabochons with swirling rich hues are combined with perfectly preserved Gruen watch movements in these one-of-a-kind earrings.
They begin with an antique gold-toned setting. The reverse side of the setting is completed with a round brass blank for a nicely finished appearance. Affixed to the front of the settings are shining vintage Gruen watch movements. They are embellished with layered brass gears and topped with both green and clear sparkling faceted crystals. From the loops at the base of the settings dangle tiny golden stars and abalone cabochons in lace-edged settings.
The earrings measure 1 7/8" in length x 5/8" in width.
