I always provide a tracking number. I can not ship International without tracking number and that is the default International shipping option. Surface shipping is cheaper but has no tracking therefore it is not an option.
You are responsible if you do not pick up your package and return it to me.
I always use recycled packing materials and eliminate handling and additional postage costs. Big bonus: helping the environment and saving landfills. Kindly recycle your packaging materials.

I always inspect everything I sell. Any abnormality is mentioned in description. I avoid selling items with major damage, I sell what I would keep myself. I take photos as items were found, then after sale I clean, polish, repair minor issues, unless I mention I won't be able to do it. Shoes polished, silverware cleaned but not polished. Any other items cleaned.
