This gorgeous set comprises of a hooded waist cincher with suspenders/braces that corsets up the back with ribbon and a cute hi-lo skirt with two layers of rag pleats adorning the hem. The skirt also ties like a corset at the front. The fabric is cream corduroy. The hood is lined with blush rose

brocade fabric while the ragged unhemmed skirt pleats are made from dark cream cotton with a dainty floral print. The bottom layer of pleating which is also unhemmed for a cute rag doll effect is beige cotton.
All materials are salvaged upcycled fabrics.
This outfits style is Victorian steampunk mixed with sweet lolitta.

Skirt; 36 inch hips/waist
