What a gift this would make for anyone who loves Edwardian fashion. This hat is in amazing vintage condition and anyone would be ecstatic to open this under the tree!
Beautiful Large Brim Tilt Hat with original Exotic Feathers and Antique Sequin band. Couture hat and in great vintage condition for age. I am pretty sure this is a silk velvet and it is in amazing antique condition with minor signs of wear on some of the velvet along edges but truly AMAZING
Also I think silk and possible horse hair liner seems to be in almost as if never worn condition but there is damage to the delicate silk that was the outer liner. It doesn't effect the hat or the wear. I do not' see any damage except as noted but may have some smaller issues not seen.
You will love this hat for eternity.

SHIPPING UPDATE AUG 2019:
USPS has just done its 3rd rate increase since January, not only increasing rates substantially but also reducing the sizes of packages accepted and increased smaller packages so much its almost the same as shipping to France if I ship from West coast to East.
I have listed this via USPS at apx 3 lb and 18x18x14 and the shipping is insane but beyond my control
If you would rather use Fed Ex ground which would be apx $20 cheaper to ship or more I can arrange that. But due to my very rural location I have up to 2 weeks for me to process Fed Ex because it is at least 4.5 and up to 6.5 in winter, hours to drive to nearest city. I go every 2 weeks or so for supplies and will take these with me than.
. I want to keep the integrity of this item so it must be packaged in a larger and heavy weight box.
If you choose to go the Fed Ex please just pay the shipping fee below and I will refund to your payment method on file with Etsy as soon as package is packed and labeled and I know exact refund amounts.
I cannot quote prior to purchase as for I don't have the time to package hat just for estimates and will not leave any item packaged for extended periods as for that is not healthy for vintage items.
