26 tooth are better for big mugs, 24 look better for wine glasses.
Cork base to protect from heat transfer.
Top Coated in a crystal clear resin to protect from rust and secure cork base.
With the 24t cog and chain the coaster is 4" inches in diameter 3.5 inside area should fit most glasses and mugs
With the 26t cog and chain the coaster is 4 1/4" inches in diameter 3.7 inside area should fit even the biggest mugs.
Both will nicely stack on each other for storage.
