This is a Velveteen Circus Gothic and Lolita and Steampunk mini bowler hat designed and handmade by me. It is made of a hand molded black wool felt with black braid gimp trim. The hat is embellished with a burgandy and gold waved striped bow with a gold pearl trim. The bow has a pin hand sewn to the underside and can be removed to go with other outfits! The hat fastens with a black elastic hat band that goes behind the head and beneath the hair.
