Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
CUSTOM PORTRAITS: There are no returns or refunds for commissioned portraits. Each portrait is made-to-order, and I do not make any changes or adjustments to your portrait once you have approved the final version and it has been shipped.
FINE ART PRINTS, CARDS, MAGNETS & STICKERS: There are no returns or refunds unless the item differs significantly from the description.
I describe each item to the best of my ability, but I might have overlooked a minor detail or two. If you experience any problems with your purchase, please contact me. I will do everything I can within reasonable possibility to make it right.
