How to measure your head. Take a measuring tape. Begin at your forehead line. Go around the back of your head. Return to your forehead line.

Medium. 22 inches (56cm-58cm)
Large. 23 inches 59cm-60cm)
Extra Large. 24 inches (61cm)Machine wash in warm water. Air dry flat.
