Delicate Whitby Jet 'Fruit and Leaves pendant made from genuine sea-washed jet collected by us on the North Yorkshire "Jurassic" coast.
Whitby Jet is the fossilised remains of the ancester of the monkey-puzzle tree and is 180 million years old, with that being found around the North Yorkshire coast being the most highly-prized in the world.
This is a handmade pendant made from 925 sterling silver and each component has been separately cut, formed and soldered.
It is hallmarked with our own mark (registered with the Assay Office) and supplied with a 18" sterling silver diamond curb chain.
The pendant measures just over 2 centimetres from the bail to the base and the design is unique to us.
