This is a gorgeous earth friendly gown made out of 100% cotton muslin and completely re-purposed vintage lace and linens.
This gown features a lovely sweetheart neckline steel boned corset bodice. The bodice is made with off white muslin with vintage lace doilies and linens hand placed and sewn over it.
Laces closed up the back with matching satin ribbon. This is a real corset and will cinch you down 2-4 inches.
The skirt is a triple tiered elegant ballgown skirt made of muslin. The middle tier is covered in hand placed and sewn doilies and lace. The back of the skirt has a gorgeous bustle train also covered with vintage laces and doilies. The bottom of the train has a vintage lace ruffle.
Hours of work and many vintage trims go into this gown.
It looks best worn over a hoop skirt or petticoat (shown but not included).
Each gown is a one of a kind creation, due to using vintage laces and trims no gown is ever EXACTLY alike.

ALL GOWNS ARE IVORY/CREAM as old lace has a aged look and is not exactly white

We can hand dye the gown in a Black shade which will come out a ghostly shade of greys and blacks (this will NOT dye solid black due to some laces having poly content but more watercolored looking shades of greys and blacks) You can see a close up of the dyed shade they usually come out in the last picture on this listing.
