This is a Velveteen Circus Ringmaster Top Hat perfect for Gothic and Lolita and Steampunk. It is made of a beautiful factory distressed gold shimmer fabric over an interfacing hat form with black satin ribbon stripes and black braid gimp trim. The piece secures with a black elastic hat band that goes behind the head and beneath the hair.
