The skirt is 42'' long and the hem measures 126'' around. It is shown over a 3 hoop petticoat (not included).
Skirt is one size with drawstring waist. It will fit any waist size measuring 23'' – 56''.
Sash is 128'' long and 4.5'' wide, sewn to be reversible.
Both skirt and sash are 100% cotton.
