Inspired by old automation toys from the Victorian age.
Named after Vapula, the demon of sciences & technology, the horse is completely laser cut and assembled by hand. The pieces are locked into place with brass fittings and screws.
It is my goal to bring back the beauty of clockwork toys and windup automatons.
Vapula's heart valve opens and closes as if it's beating, while the legs, head and tail maintain a constant rhythmic movement, just like a real galloping horse.
The horse functions via a manual crank on the side of the base.

There will always be variations of the color due to the burn offs and the charring.
Care must be taken with the horse, as it is very light, and does not respond well to being dropped.
This is not a toy for a child to play with. This is a creation to be admired and passed down to your children.
