Jardin Flambeau – Compagnie Carabosse: We visited the wonderful Jardin Flambeau last night at St Anns Well Gardens in Hove near Brighton. The fire sculptures are a feast for the eyes and a surreal glimmer of a half forgotten dream for the soul. A spectacular not to be missed.
The evening featured some beautiful automatons powered by fire. The whole garden resonated with the atmospheric live performances of talented musicians.

We were curious about the musicians too and with a little digging around have found that the Jardin Flambeau musicians are, Orl, The Rose, Loredana, Yuka and Matioo.

Jardin Flambeau was incredible and memorable – probably the best Brighton Festival event ever – we live close to the park and still cant believe how amazing the event was. We went on both evenings and also loved the musicianship (some of the music reminded us of the Vangelis Blade Runner soundtrack). Brilliant.
