This super comfortable long skirt, steampunk skirt hand cut-out all the way, it is double layered and is not sticthed together on the side slits and on the seems, giving it a flowy effect. Actually looks really cool.
The smooth fitted hipline band has second layer of fabric, all stitched together. Everything asymmetrically cut in the middle and on the sides.
