With the indicated yarn and hook size, you can make about 11 – 12 inch tall dolls.

This pattern is made for a doll using BUTTONS FOR EYES and not safety eyes, meaning that the eyes are added AFTER the doll head is done. You may opt to use safety eyes with size you prefer, but this is a different technique.
