Gorgeous Seahorse Under the Sea Mini top hat in white glitter on satin headband. A metal gold & green seahorse sits on front of hat with assorted shells on brim. 1x hatpin adorning pearls beads & an octopus brass pendant appears from the green ostrich feather & green rooster feathers sitting on side with 3 little pearls below. Gold & green satin ribbons are tied around centre of hat tied into bow at back which then trail down. Golden braid is around top & bottom of hat. Stand out in this unique little mini hat.
