
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item to arrange for a refund (If I have another one of your item I am happy to exchange). The item should be returned within 7 days of receiving it and in it’s original condition when sent. You will be responsible for returning the item in its original packaging along with the return shipping costs. The item should be sent using a traceable/tracking service and the tracking number should please be provided to me. This will also allow you to make a claim if the item is lost by the carrier.
