This Trashy TuTu skirt is short and trashy up front, but long and flowing in the back. It's knee length and hangs like a bustle.
The tulle is Copper Colored and will be a great base for all of your SteamPunk Cosplay. It's super soft quality that feels great on your skin.
All of the tulle has been hand-cut into a ragged mess. But then I stitched it to a enclosed elastic waistband so it's very durable. It's also machine washable and dryer safe!!!
