DESCRIPTION
The bustle dress is made from A-grade Australian-made stretch cotton available in tea-dyed or plain white. It has a cowl neckline with two rows of V'-shaped lace trims sewn on the front and is finished along the hemline with high-end English cotton leavers lace trim (made in Nottingham). The shortest part of the asymmetrical hemline on the front right sits roughly mid-thigh.
Bustles of lace trims feature along the arms, at the skirt's back just above the bottom, and along the front left asymmetrical hemline drop. Pleated bustles also feature along the front waistline and on the right side of the skirt's back.
The high-neck collar capelet is made from white cotton velveteen, and is fully lined in white cotton drill. Fitting over the shoulders, the capelet is cropped in design with the length at the front sitting just above the bust and with the back forming a slight 'V' shape. The front of the capelet closes with gold-coloured brass hooks, but the design also supports an open front. Forming an arch shape in avant-garde and steampunk flare, the collar is made of two rows of 'pleats' with interfacing for structure and is decorated with four brass buttons on each row.
The underbust corset is available for order in white or tea-dyed cotton velveteen and is lined with cream cotton. It is not boned and thus comfortable to wear, closing in the middle with brass-toned metal closures. The corset is decorated with an array of 'opalescent,' 'pearlescent,' and 'seashell-look' plastic buttons ranging from 14mm to 20mm in size. The buttons are reminiscent of the treasures of the sea.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Tea-dyed Bustle Dress & Tea-dyed Velveteen Corset.
Hand wash the dress and corset in cold water with light-coloured mild organic soap (recommended: castile soap) or clear eco-friendly detergent. Line dry in semi-shade away from the full sun to protect the tea-dyed colour from colour fade.
Use a warm iron, if needed on the dress. For the velveteen corset, however, iron with the velveteen face down using a medium-hot ironing setting. Be sure to first lay down a clean towel onto your ironing board to prevent the velveteen pile from getting crushed.
White Bustle Dress.
Hand wash the dress in cold water with light-coloured mild organic soap (recommended: castile soap) or clear eco-friendly detergent. To safeguard against 'yellowing' (i.e. hard water staining) of white fabrics, it is recommended that you rinse the dress in a rinse bath of cold water with 1/2 cup of vinegar added. Line dry. Use a warm iron, if needed.
White Underbust Corset & White High-neck Collar Capelet (Cotton Velveteen).
Hand wash the corset and high-neck collar in cold water with mild detergent, and line dry. Recommended: lay flat to dry for the corset, and hang up on a collar to dry for the capelet. To iron, first lay down a clean towel onto your ironing board, and then iron with the velveteen face down using a medium-hot iron setting.
If hard-water staining is a concern (i.e. the 'yellowing' of white fabrics over time), add 1/2 cup of vinegar to the rinse bath water.
All garments made out of velveteen will come with a portable fold-up lint fabric cleaner for your convenience!
POSTAGE COSTS
The postage costs for the costume are $38 AUD for international customers and $17 AUD for Australian customers. International packages takes 2 weeks on average for delivery after despatch, and will be shipped with tracking included. Australian orders will be shipped via express post with signature and tracking.

MATERIALS USED FOR CORSET
* Corset Fabric: Cotton velveteen (100% cotton medium weight at 235gsm with a short weft pile)
* Lining: Thin, lightweight self-striped cotton dress fabric (100% cotton)
* 'Pearlescent,' 'opalescent,' and 'sea-shell' look buttons made of plastic. Button vary from 14mm-20mm in size.
* Antiqued brass metal closures (likely made of a zinc alloy. I did a magnetic test and the closures didn't magnetise like iron, so my best guess is that the metal is a zinc alloy) – metal closure designs may vary, depending on current stock.
