2006 pattern makes early 20th century costume. Makes full gathered long skirt or mermaid skirt that is dart fitted and straight then flares below the knees and has a slight train in back. Fit and flare jacket has high stand up collar, long sleeves that gather at the shoulders, princess seams, front button closing and lace trim.
