
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you need to return an item, notify me within three (3) days of it being delivered to you. The item may be returned or exchanged within seven (7) days of the item being delivered to you. The item must be in its original condition and in the original packaging. If the item has obvious signs of use, the it will be returned to the customer. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
