This wooden heart pendant has been hand-carved and shaped from a rugged piece of Finnish burl wood. It is decorated with real vintage cogs and gears, and has a few wood burned accents – an art form also known as pyrography.
The size of this pendant is approximately 3,5 x 4 cm / 1.4 x 1.5 inch in diameter.
It has a natural beeswax oil finish, which really brings out the color of the wood, and leaves a matte surface. It is non-toxic. No stain or dye has been used to color the wood.
The pendant comes with a braided black leather cord that has a length of 47 to 50 cm / 18.5 – 19.6 inch.
For the record: the wheels and cogs do not turn. The pictures have been taken in daylight, yet the colors of the natural wood may vary slightly.

This handmade pendant is unique, the only one of its kind. No two pendants in my shop are exactly the same. Each one also has different pyrography. I do not make copies (only on request! 😉 ) All my pendants are made from sustainable wood from the Finnish forest.
All my pendants are fashion jewelry. They are not intended to shower, swim or exercise with. Long-term exposure to water or sweat will not break the pendant, but it will damage the protective finishing. Leaving it out in direct sunlight for long periods of time will make the burning fade.
