This is a handmade steampunk ring fashioned by using a vintage LONGINES Swiss genuine ruby jeweled watch mechanism. Longines are among the finest watch makers in the world, and this STUNNING piece is an excellent example of why this is so. This unique watch piece is nearly square, giving it a fantastic BOLD look – GLEAMING and STRIKING. Fully TORCH SOLDERED. The timepiece is detailed with intricate lettering and gorgeous rubies ornamenting the spectacular gleaming silver surface. There are plenty of gears and cogs and in one portion of the watch mechanism I've added a faceted Swarovski crystal in a rich aqua blue. The Longines mechanism is mounted on a medium sized adjustable silver filigree ring with an aged finish – a beautiful compliment to the pristine Longines masterwork. Gorgeous by anyone's standards and an excellent choice for the watch aficionado in your life.
The ring measures approximately 7/8 of an inch high by 3/4 of an inch wide and the filigree base is currently adjusted to a size 9-10 but can be adjusted larger or smaller. This is the one and only piece like this available, so if you are considering this ring, don't hesitate – as once it's gone, it's gone…
