If the item becomes damaged within this time, I can replace the item depending if the item is still in stock or will give a refund minus the shipping costs. If the item is accidentally damaged after that time, I can offer a free alteration / fixing of the item. However, you will have to cover the cost of the return postage and this is only valid within 6 months of purchase..
Please note that earrings are exempt from this guarantee due to hygiene reasons.
