A beautiful vintage brass watch mechanism woven with little ivory pearls and a beautiful porcelain rose. I wanted to contrast this really industrial piece of brass with the delicate flower and natural pearls. The combination of machinery and delicate roses is the epitome of steampunk style.
This comb is completely unique because I’ve used vintage watch parts, it’s very rare that two the same ever show up.
The metal comb is gold plated and the wiring is gold plated, the pin is 50mm long and the whole thing measures 7cm tall x 4cm wide.
This comb has been made with the utmost care as I would not settle for anything but the best and I would not expect you to.

Real pearls are so beautiful and glass pearls just don’t have their unique character. As they are real pearls they are not perfectly round and smooth but this is what makes them so beautiful. Don’t settle for second best when you can have the real thing at a great price.
