Deluxe steampunk black 100% wool top hat fully lined in burgandy satin. Brass effect googles with moncle on one lense with chain hanging over hat sit around center of hat. A joker & cards along with a mini gun & holster & clock wheels sit on one side of hat. Rooster & pheasant feathers are on other side along with 2 x hatpins adorning pearls beads & a brass key charm & golden real metal grandfather clock hands. Gold organza ribbon is around center with a clock wheel at back & a real brass working pocket watch on chain sits on top of goggles.
