This sterling 5 gear necklace is constructed with 4 different gears linked together in a graduated line with sterling chain sides. These gears are all cast using the lost-wax process. This necklace uses 2 different wheels, 1 escape wheel and 1 balance wheel. This is an Angelwear Creations exclusive, designed and hand-made in house and is not available anywhere else.
The gear parts of the necklace are 3" (77 mm) and the total length of this necklace is 20". There is an additional jump ring soldered on the chain to allow this to be worn as an 18" necklace. The individual gears range from 1/2" (9 mm) to 3/4" (20 mm). The clasp is sterling and is 1/2" (10.3 mm) in length. All jump rings are soldered.
