The first couture collection “The Hoot Came Down the Chimney” recently launched on April 15th 2016 in a quaint creative space in Melbourne’s center. The collection itself is a representation of the concept of Dreaming Vibrations and its artistic essence, each design hand tailored by Nay herself is based on real dreams that she has dreamed and tell the stories of the characters she encounters and embodies in her time of slumber.

Creepy, plastic, life-like freaks.
Cupcakes, croutons and miniature things,
Sweetly, spooked songs that she sings.

Grasping tightly, grandmas pearls,
Dancing, spinning, little twirls.
Silver spoons, porcelain fool,
Cotton, lace, lined with tulle.
Crazy, kooky, loud belly laughter,
Suddenly awake and stunned there after.”

Victoria’s Pearls tells the story of a young girls dream, where she is playing dress ups and hosting a quirky tea party for her doll friends.

This hand dyed grey tone under bust coat is a handmade one-off Harte Couture designer garment self lined with high quality cotton and embellished with ruffled lace and carefully selected buttons. The back is drawn in with laced up ribbon and elasticized loops, situated down the midsection allowing for sizing adjustments.

This garment is sized to suit dress size 8-10AU standard sizes.
