Classical brim adding extra interest to this timeless hat , as "Lady Amherst Pheasant Quill", small marabou&guinea fowl feathers and petersham ribbon( to match) extra interest to outfit!! brim wired with millinery wire.
Top hats came to women wardrobe from menswear and this hat made in traditional technique, from heavier wool felt – normally used in gentleman hat-making.
