Custom-made Victorian Ball Gown, on silhouette of 1860. The dress is made of Bordeaux-coloured Satin and white Chantilly lace finished with lanyard and with the addition of decorations in velvet ribbon.

The body of the dress is stiffened with 9 steel slats sewn inside.
The Classic Pointy shape is finished in the edge and in the seams by a lanyard covered with faded velvet. The Upper part is enriched by a satin Bertha with applied curled lace, finished by Velvet ribbon, then resumed in the edge of the balloon sleeve.
The sleeve lace forms a pretty longer bell in the back.
The Bertha, in the back is divided into two pieces to allow the lacing of the body through lace and eyelets.
The neckline of the sheer body is finished with a trimmings in cream-coloured curled tulle.
The classic heart shape of the time is given by two additional bearings placed inside the bodice at the side of the breast.
There are also two hooks that allow you to secure the body to the skirt making sure that it does not move.

To make the movement easier in case you use the dress for historical dance shows you can insert an optional elastic strap at the shoulder height.

The skirt is gathered in pleats around the waist and completed with an invisible hem made by hand.
