Vintage black sheer collar or scarf with loads of sequins and sparkles. All in silver. The color you see are just reflections. Exceptionally well made. This shawl sparkles and emits lots of rainbows in sun or light. Ties just overlap in back and are secure due to weight of the sequins. You can reverse it for a shawl. Fantastic condition! It has the date 1993 on tag.
