Sexy, dramatic, beautiful……you almost want to wear it as a skirt. This petticoat is in excellent condition , showing no sign of ever having been worn. it is of three tiers; the first fitted around the lower torso, the second slightly fuller, and the bottom being the fullest layer of tulle and lace. There are no holes, stains or tears.
