This gorgeous set comprises of a hooded waist cincher with suspenders/braces that corsets up the back with ribbon and a cute hi-lo skirt with two layers of rag pleats adorning the hem. The skirt also ties like a corset at the front. The fabric is heavy weight red Chinese silk brocade with a delicate pattern of peacocks and dragons. The hood is lined with b

lack velvet while the ragged unhemmed skirt pleats are made from black Chinese silk brocade fabric with Chinese roosters. The bottom layer of pleating which is also unhemmed for a cute rag doll effect is black wool tweed like fabric.
All materials are salvaged upcycled fabrics.
This outfits style is Victorian steampunk mixed with gothic lolitta and a generous helping of the orient.
