OK My absolute favorite thing to sew is Victorian!
This gown will be custom made for you, to your precise measurements and in the color combination you pick!
Lets start with the top…..
Matte satin, three layers (very sturdy!!!) steel boning on the seams, contrast sari front, button close, half circle flounce sleeves (double layered!) and a million yards of metallic trim! Ok not a million but a lot 🙂 Back pleats. Super awesome!
Underskirt is long and has a puddle train of about 9", depending on your height. Sari brocade border along bottom and metallic trim. Pleated back panel, fits over a bustle pillow (included!)
Overskirt is cleverly draped asymetrically mimicking sari pleating. Closes on one side with skirt hooks.
So this is how it works!
Convo me with any questions and tell me what you were thinking of in terms of your color combination. You pick a solid satin color and a sari color. I contact my sari supplier in India and send you a pic of what I can get, and we go from there. After purchasing the gown, I will send you the measurement form that illustrates how to take the measurements I need. After all that, it will take up to 9 weeks to finish and ship your gown. If you need it by a specific date, PLEASE let me know, I can usually accomodate but just to be sure.
