I absolutely love this color combination! The red rose adds a delightful pop of color to this hat. It is made from a black and white damask fabric, trimmed in black conso gimp braid, and fully lined. It is adorned with a black satin ribbon band and a garden of red and black roses with a fluff of black feathers that move wonderfully.

This wee top hat measures about 4 ¾ inches tall, and the brim is 6 inches wide, not including embellishments that extend off the hat.
Each hat has an attached elastic band that is worn behind the head and under your hair (It will fit most teens and adults). The elastic band can easily be hidden in your hair, and we feel it is the most comfortable and secure option. This hat has a black band.
Our hats are handmade and created 100% from scratch from the pattern up, with the finest fabrics and embellishments, and we often upcycle items that we find delightful. Since they are all handmade, no two will be exactly alike.
All hats are ready to ship and are made in a smoke free home.
