Lady Chiltern Top Hat
Inspired by the character from Oscar Wilde’s play “An Ideal Husband”. A top hat in Brown suede cloth, brown beaded lace and a steampunk collage of elements as tribute to the New Victorian Woman and progressive Suffragette.

– Backed against golden netting
– Flourish of multi toned rooster and pheasant feathers
– Hat is 12″ long from from front to back, 11″ wide side to side, and 7″ tall not including feathers.
– Hat is 23″ in diameter around the hat band.
**Size – Please note these hats are one size fits most adults. These are not sized to order. My head is approx 21″ when measured around just above my ears, (I have a small head) and the hat is slightly large on me but fine for a fun dress up night out.
These hats are built on a felt base (no cardboard) which is covered in fabric and decorated.
This is a made to order item. Therefore, turn around time for this hat is 3-5 days for production prior to shipping. Please let me know if you need it sooner than that and I will see what I can do.
