Campaign info:
A secretive foundry held by Baldur’s Crown in an unsuspecting building in Grimhelm. The foundry is home to many of the crown’s most daring and boundary pushing experiments. In the wake of Tomas Lumens’ attacks across Baldur, it has been used as a staging ground to reverse engineer and re-manufacture the Clockwork Simulacrums used by him in many of his attacks, with hopes they can make an army of loyal soldiers to safeguard the realm from dissidents instead. The rebels aim to ensure that can never happen.
A large workshop that was once used as a wood treatment warehouse. It is here that in secret, the Shifting Foundry is found, a blacksite of the Baldurian government that is currently being used to research the Simulacrums devised by Tomas Lumens. Though they have been able to reverse engineer and manufacture the automatons, they have yet to figure out their power source. Currently they only work under the context of an animation spell cast by a powerful conjurer, yet Lumens’ moved freely of their own will. Guards surround the building incognito, hiding as vagrants.
