This beauty of a skirt is made of 3 yards of high quality satin, It is made to wear over a hoop skirt or a petticoat (not included but recommended) The skirt has a 108 inch bottom sweep (circumference).
The skirt is meticulously hand draped and tucked up into the "pick-ups" to hang just right. It resembles a bustle style skirt although not a traditional bustle.
