This listing is to pay a deposit for a custom mask/eyepatch of your choosing. After ordering, I will speak with you regarding what you want and give you an estimated price. The deposit goes towards initial material cost. When finished, the mask/eyepatch will be listed on Etsy at the agreed price with shipping cost (deducting, of course, the deposit). I will usually show a drawing of the mask before starting for your approval.
If you do not want the mask due to cost at the start of making, I will refund your deposit (Ideally, contact me before paying the deposit to see how much your mask/eyepatch will be) When made, your item will be placed on my Etsy store as reserved. It will stay reserved for 14 days, after which if not bought I will open it up for general sale on the shop. The deposit would not be refunded in this instance as materials and time have been used to create your mask/eyepatch. If there are any problems with payment or the mask of course I will discuss them with you.
The mask/eyepatch will be made from 6-7oz leather that is then hand cut, tooled, moulded and dyed. It will be painted with colour fast acrylics and varnished for protection. I will line it with black felt for comfort and provide leather cord to affix it to your head. All this can be discussed once I know your order.
