This black gypsy bustle skirt is a cosy winter skirt made from cotton pin corderoy with an attached thin cotton petticoat with felt edge and ruffle .
It has pull ups in the front so you can ruche up the front to reveal the petticoat and the back has a layered bustle detail.
The wide waist band is made from cotton lycra so is super comfy and has some give for our bodies ever changeing cycles.

VERY IMPORTANT!!
This can be washed in the machine on cool wash 30 "WOOL" setting only!!
NO spin!
Then just hang to drip dry.
Please don't put in the dryer as it will shrink the wool edging.
Or if you are not sure then wash gently by hand in cool water.
