Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale

If the item in question breaks due to my craftsmanship i will gladly fix it. Mail it to me, i will fix it, and mail it back good as new! Or if you want something added to it, i can do that as well!
