This fascinator uses a brass oxidized head band as the main mechanic to construct this awesome piece! A brass flower attached to the brass band serves as the foundation to hold the Plum Sinamay/Lace hat base. Utilizing colors in Plum/Purple/Violet a ruffled applique' is attached to the Sinamay hat base that is Plum colored fabric "scales" with silver thread lining. A pair of Violet organza roses with fine silver glitter tips serves as the focal piece in the design. Feathers in Plum Iridescent and Purple create an extra long arc line of feathers in this design. Lavender Aluminum 12 gauge wire coils topped with Amethyst Swarovski Crystals create strong "swirls" in the front and back of the focal flowers. This is a beautiful piece to wear at weddings, formal events, or Steampunk/Victorian-themed conventions! Easy to wear!
NOTE: You can use hair clips to further secure the piece in place. But, with regular wear this piece should not slip away. The brass band expands and fits to the size of your head.
